If I could give them 0 stars I would. Showed up at 1049 pm the door was going down, ran in right quick and told them I needed a flat fixed....they said not tonight we are closing. I asked if we were on the side of the road would they come out and fix it? She said if we were here we could but we are closing right now it will be tomorrow. Is this the way you operate? With a company that fuels all their trucks at loves has repairs and tires done at loves and speedco only. What a shame. Its an emergency and all you can say is we are closing right now. ZERO STARS AND BAD PUBLICITY

Shoutout to Ethan on the 3 AM night shift! I rolled into the shop with a severe tread separation on a recap tire I bought two months ago. From start to finish, Ethan was incredibly professional, polite, and efficient. He instantly understood the Love's National Limited Retread Warranty guidelines, verified my history, and got straight to work without a single delay. Finding a technician with this level of hustle and positive attitude in the middle of the night is incredibly rare.He saved my schedule, got me rolling safely in minutes, and handled the warranty paperwork flawlessly. Absolute top-tier service!"

Owner operators/ fleet owners be aware!!!! Long story short: oil filter was only hand tighten and at the next fuel stop I was missing 3 gallons of oil. The oil deep stick wasn’t even marking any oil. I told them to put full synthetic oil and without them asking me, they put regular T4 Rotella on my engine. Long story: before entering the lube bay the mechanic comes up to me and ask me what oil I wanted. I told him full synthetic t6 Rotella. And also to grease truck and trailer. After 3.5 hrs I come back and they weren’t able to start the truck. I troubleshoot and point at them that the o-ring in the water-fuel separator was sticking out which means the truck was sucking air and that’s why it wouldn’t prime. One of the mechanics takes β€œa rug” and loosens the filter just by hand!!. So, they didn’t even use a filter wrench πŸ”§ to tighten it on the first place. I provide the o-ring since they didn’t have one that would fit and truck fires up. When checking for oil level I noticed the oil gun had written on it (15w40) when they told me they didn’t have T6 15w40. They told me the only T6 was 5w30 and I agreed to use the T6 5w30. I ask the mechanic what oil was he using and he tells

Got here for a trailer airbag change , they took 3 hours after my truck got into service bay then , when I asked how long the guy on register said he is done just doing inspection that everything is good to go , To make matters worse, when I left and checked my trailer the next day, I discovered that they hadn't secured one of the bolts holding the airbag in place. This oversight caused the airbag to come loose, leading to potential safety issues that could have been easily avoided. The overall atmosphere at Love's was unprofessional, with employees more focused on chatting with each other than on providing efficient service. Based on my experience, I would advise against stopping here for any repairs or maintenance. It's clear that this location is not dedicated to quality work or customer satisfaction. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for service.

We were having a problem with our RV, the check engine light came on so we pulled into here and Mike and his team took great care of us and got us back in the road quickly. Thanks Speedco Team!
